dale’s Chicken Casserole

You need:
2 lbs chicken breast
2 Tbsp dale’s Seasoning
12 oz. sour cream
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 jar dried beef
½ cup shredded cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
Butter

Boil chicken until done. Cut up chicken and dried beef into bite size pieces and place in large bowl. Add sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, dale’s, shredded cheese and salt and pepper. Stir until well blended. Place mixture in a 9x9 casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until bubbly. Remove dish from oven. Crumble up Ritz crackers and sprinkle on top of casserole until evenly coated. Put several dabs of butter on top of the crackers. Place back in the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
