Garlic Rubbed Tenderloin

You Need:

6 whole garlic cloves

1 jalapeño pepper, seeded

6 Tbsp. granulated sugar

3 Tbsp. Kosher salt

1/4 cup Dale’s Seasoning

4 beef tenderloins, 8 oz. each

Place garlic cloves, jalapeño pepper, sugar and salt in food processor bowl and pulse until smooth.

With the processor on, add Dale’s Seasoning in a steady stream until incorporated. You will have a semi-wet mixture.

Rub mixture on tenderloins and marinate for 30 minutes. Sear in a very hot skillet until medium-rare, about 2 minutes per side.
