dale's Lamb Kabobs
You need:
½
cup of red wine
2 tsp instant minced onion
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
¼
tsp pepper
¼
cup of dale’s Seasoning
1 ½ pounds fresh lamb, cut into 2 inch cubes
Combine wine, onion, oil, garlic, pepper and dale’s Seasoning
in saucepan and bring to a boil. Let cool. Stir in lamb and marinate
2 hours. Arrange lamb on skewers and brush with marinade. Broil or
grill to desired doneness while basting with marinade. Add your choice
of raw vegetables to skewer. Serves four.
