dale’s Lemon Chicken

You need:

3 lbs. chicken breast
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
½ c. chopped onion
1- 8 oz. can crushed pineapple (drained)
1/3 c. ketchup
1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp mustard
4 tsp dale’s Seasoning
1 tsp grated lemon rind

Brown chicken in oil in large skillet. Place chicken in greased baking dish. In reserved drippings, sauté onion and pineapple until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
