dale’s Meatballs
You need:
1 pound ground beef
½
cup dry bread crumbs
¼
cup milk
1 ½ tsp dale’s seasoning
¼
tsp pepper
1 small onion, chopped
1 egg
Mix all ingredients. Shape into 1 ½ inch meatballs. Place in
ungreased rectangular pan. Bake uncovered in 400 degree oven until
done and light brown (20 -25 minutes).
To pan fry: Cook over medium heat, turning occasionally,
until brown, about 20 minutes.
