dale’s Mushroom Sauce
You need:
¾
lb whole fresh mushrooms
3 Tbsp margarine, melted
1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
¾
cup half-and-half
¼
cup dry white wine
1 tsp dale’s Seasoning
¼
tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
Thoroughly rinse mushrooms and pat dry with paper towels. Saute
mushrooms in margarine in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring
frequently, until tender. Remove mushrooms from saucepan, reserving
drippings in pan. Over low heat, add flour to drippings and stir
until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add
remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently
until it thickens. Return mushrooms to pan; cook until heated.
