Orange Beef Stir Fry

You Need:

1 lb. round steak, cut into thin slices

1 cup Orange juice

½ cup Dale’s Seasoning

¼ cup honey

¼ cup pure sesame oil

1 Tbsp. fresh ginger, minced

In a wok or large skillet, heat sesame oil, over medium-high heat. Brown steak strips quickly, approx. 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Add remaining ingredients to skillet and heat to a simmer over medium heat. Thicken sauce using 2 tsp. cornstarch and water to dissolve the cornstarch. Simmer 1 minute.

Add the beef to the sauce and toss to coat. Serve over rice or vermicelli noodles.
