dale’s Pork Salad
You need:

lb. snow pea pods, trimmed
3 cups cooked long-grain rice
1 ½ cups shredded cooked pork
1 medium cucumber, peeled and cut into strips
1 red pepper, cut into strips
½
cup sliced green onions
2 Tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
¼
cup chicken broth
3 Tbsp cider vinegar
3 Tbsp dale’s Seasoning
1 tsp oil
Cook snow peas covered in boiling water approximately one minute;
drain. Put snow peas into ice water; drain. Cut snow peas into thin
strips. Combine snow peas, rice, and next 5 ingredients in a large
bowl, and toss gently. Combine chicken broth, vinegar, dale’s
and oil in a jar. Cover and shake well. Pour mixture over snow peas
and rice and toss gently. Cover and chill thoroughly.
