Chili con Dale’s

3 lbs Ground round

4 Cans chili beans

4 tbsp dale's Seasoning

2 Packages chili mix

1 Package dry onion soup mix

2 Cans tomatoes with juice

1 Large onion, chopped

1 Medium bell pepper, chopped

1 tbsp Sugar

2 tsp Garlic powder

Salt and pepper

Cayenne pepper to taste


Cayenne pepper to taste

Add water as needed to obtain desired consistency

Brown ground meat, drain well.

Add chili mix, dry onion soup mix, and dale ’s Seasoning.

Stir well, then add remaining ingredients.

Add 2 cups of water.

Stir slowly, cover and simmer on low for 2 hours.
