Chili con Dale’s

Ingredients

3 lbs Ground round

4 Cans chili beans

4 tbsp dale's Seasoning

2 Packages chili mix

1 Package dry onion soup mix

2 Cans tomatoes with juice

1 Large onion, chopped

1 Medium bell pepper, chopped

1 tbsp Sugar

2 tsp Garlic powder

Salt and pepper

Cayenne pepper to taste

Directions

1Cayenne pepper to taste

2Add water as needed to obtain desired consistency

3Brown ground meat, drain well.

4Add chili mix, dry onion soup mix, and dale ’s Seasoning.

5Stir well, then add remaining ingredients.

6Add 2 cups of water.

7Stir slowly, cover and simmer on low for 2 hours.
