Dale’s Meatballs

Meatballs with Dale's Seasoning are a great appetizer and side dish. This recipe is very easy and calls for only a few ingredients including Dale's Seasoning. Looking for another great side try Dale's Grilled Mexican Corn Salad.

Meatballs with Dale's Seasoning

 1 lb Ground beef
 0.50 cup Dry bread crumbs
 1 Small onion, chopped
 0.25 cup Milk
 1 Egg

To begin making Dale's Meatballs, mix all ingredients.

Then, shape into 1 ½ inch meatballs.

Place in ungreased rectangular pan.

Next, bake uncovered in 400 degree oven until done and light brown (20 -25 minutes).

Finally, to pan fry: Cook over medium heat, turning occasionally, until brown, about 20 minutes.
