Dale’s Meatballs

Ingredients

1 lb Ground beef

1/2 cup Dry bread crumbs

1/4 cup Milk

1 Small onion, chopped

1 Egg

Directions

Mix all ingredients.

Shape into 1 ½ inch meatballs.

Place in ungreased rectangular pan.

Bake uncovered in 400 degree oven until done and light brown (20 -25 minutes).

To pan fry: Cook over medium heat, turning occasionally, until brown, about 20 minutes.
