Dale’s Meatloaf

Dale’s Meatloaf is hearty and flavorful.  We love it with Dales' Roasted Brussels Sprouts.

Dale's Seasoning

 1 lb ground chuck
 1 egg
 ¼ cup Dale's Seasoning
 1 small yellow onion, chopped
 1 cup milk
 2 tbsp brown sugar
 1 cup dried breadcrumbs
 2 tbsp prepared mustard
  cup ketchup

In a large bowl, combine beef, egg, Dale's Seasoning, onion, milk, and breadcrumbs. Mix gently until all ingredients are incorporated, then press into a lightly greased 5x9-inch loaf pan.

In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard and ketchup. Pour evenly over meatloaf.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
