Dale’s Meatloaf

 1 lb ground chuck
 1 egg
 0.25 cup Dale's Seasoning
 1 small yellow onion, chopped
 1 cup milk
 1 cup dried breadcrumbs
 2 tbsp brown sugar
 2 tbsp prepared mustard
 0.33 cup ketchup

In a large bowl, combine beef, egg, Dale's Seasoning, onion, milk and breadcrumbs. Place in a lightly greased 5x9-inch loaf pan. In a separate small bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard and ketcup. Mix well and pour over the meatloaf.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
