Salsa (Pico de Gallo) with dale's Seasoning
1/4 cup finely diced red onion
2 cups diced red tomatoes
1/2 cup sliced, pitted Kalamata olives
1 jalapeno, seeds and ribs removed, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp Dale’s Original Seasoning
1/2 tsp hot sauce
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
Corn tortilla chips, for serving
Mix the red onion, tomatoes, olives, jalapeno, black pepper, Dale’s Original Seasoning, hot sauce, lime juice and cilantro in a mixing bowl.
Serve alongside tortilla chips.
