Dale’s Steak Kabobs

1 cup Dale's seasoning

2 lbs Sirloin Steak, cut into 1 inch cubes

2 cups Cherry tomatoes

2 Medium onions, cut into wedges

2 cups Fresh mushrooms, slices

2 Green peppers, sliced


1Marinate sirloin, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms and peppers in 1 cup of dale’s Seasoning for 20 minutes.

2Place beef cubes, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms and green peppers onto skewers.

3Grill covered 10 to 12 minutes or to desire degree of doneness.

4Turn once and baste with dale ’s Seasoning.
