Sweet 'n Sour Pork Chops

You need:
Butterfly pork chops
dale’s Seasoning
Green and red bell peppers
1 onion
Canned pineapple chunks
4 servings of rice

Marinate butterfly pork chops in dale’s Seasoning for 2 hours prior to cooking. Combine ½ cup each sliced green and red peppers, ½ cup sliced onion, and 1 can (with juice) chunk pineapple.
In separate pan, prepare 4 servings of rice.
Brown pork chops, cover and cook through for approximately 20 minutes, or until tender. Add the bell peppers, onions, and pineapple, stirring frequently. Serve over prepared rice.
