Then, wrap shrimp with 18/2 slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick.
Next, line a jelly roll pan with extra parchment paper, and place baking rack in pan.
Place the shrimp on the rack, and baste heavily with dale's Seasoning; turn and baste second side. Let the shrimp sit for 15 minutes.
Finally, cook shrimp 15 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
