Broiled Snapper

 6 snapper fillets, 1 inch thick
 0.25 cup dale's Seasoning
 0.25 cup vegetable oil
 1 cup wine
 optional: pecans or pistachios

To begin Broiled Snapper with Dale's Seasoning, place fish in baking dish. Blend first 3 ingredients well and pour over fish. Marinate for approximately 1/2 hour.

Then, place in broiler and cook until fish flakes when tested with a fork.

Finally, top with chopped pecans or pistachios.
