Southwest Burger

 1 lb Ground Round
 French Fried Onions
Southwest Sauce
 1 cup mayonnaise
 4 potato rolls (or soft, golden rolls, such as brioche, or Hawaiian Savory Butter rolls), toasted
 1 clove garlic, chopped
 2 tbsp Dale's Seasoning
 1 tbsp finely chopped chipotle chili in adobo (chiles and sauce)
 2 tbsp lime juice (from 1 lime)
 1 tbsp Dale's Original Seasoning
 2 tbsp ketchup

To begin making Dale's Southwest Burger, whisk Southwest sauce ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside.

Note: Can be made up to 3 days in advance.

Then, mix ground round and Dale's Seasoning together in a large bowl.

Next, form into patties and place on grill until done (internal temperature should read 160 degrees)

Baste with dale's while cooking

Finally, toast buns if desired and top with burger, French fried onions and Southwest sauce.
