Dale’s Stir Fry Vegetables

 1 Clove of garlic, minced
 9 Can of sliced water chestnuts, drained
 1 Large onion, chopped
 1.50 tsp Cornstarch
 1 Medium Green pepper, cut into 1" strips
 2 tbsp Wine
 1 Sweet red pepper, cut into 1 “ strips
 0.25 cup Hot water
 1 cup Mushrooms, quartered
 2 tbsp Dale's seasoning
 1 tsp Sugar

To begin making Dale’s stir fried Vegetables, combine water, Dale’s and wine, set half of this mixture aside.

Continue to combine remaining half of mixture with cornstarch and sugar.

Next, stir well, and set aside.

Then, coat wok or skillet well with vegetable spray.

Next, allow to heat at medium-high setting (325 degrees) for one minute.

Then, add pepper, onions and garlic.

Stir fry for 2 minutes.

Then, add dale’s, water and wine mixture, and stir fry for an additional 2 minutes.

Next, add mushrooms and water chestnuts, and stir fry for 2 more minutes.

Finally, Add cornstarch mixture, reduced heat and simmer for 2/3 minutes or until slightly thickened.
