To begin making your mushrooms, melt the butter in skillet over medium heat; add the mushrooms and dale's. Stir until the mushrooms have softened and released their liquid, about 15 minutes.
Finally, stir in the garlic; continue to cook and stir for 1 minute. Cook the Mushrooms with Soy Sauce Glaze until the liquid has evaporated, about 4 minutes.
To begin making burgers, in a small bowl, blend the ground round and 2 tbsp. Dale's Seasoning.
Form into patties and place on grill until done.
Baste with dale's while cooking.
Finally, toast buns if desired and top with mushrooms and Swiss cheese.
