Dale’s Tuna Steaks on the Grill

 0.25 cup Olive oil
 0.25 cup Finely chopped green onions
 2 Cloves garlic, minced
 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
 0.50 tsp Dried rosemary
 0.13 tsp Freshly ground pepper
 2 tbsp Dale's seasoning
 10 Tuna steaks, 3/4 inch thick
 Vegetable cooking spray

To begin making Dale's Tuna Steaks on the Grill, place tuna steaks in a large heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag.

Combine olive oil and next 6 ingredients in a small bowl: stir well.

Then, pour marinade mixture over steaks. Seal bag securely; place in a large bowl.

Next, marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Remove steaks from marinade.

Spray a grill with cooking spray, and place steaks on grill.

Finally, cook steaks, covered, over medium coals, basting frequently, for 6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
