Pimento Cheese Burger

1 lb Ground Round
2 tbsp Dale's Seasoning
4 potato rolls (or soft, golden rolls, such as brioche, or Hawaiian Savory Butter rolls), toasted
lettuce (iceberg, romaine or green leaf)
thick sliced bacon, cooked
Pimento Cheese Spread
1 tsp Dale's Seasoning
0.25 cup Cream cheese, room temperature
⅓ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp mayonnaise
2 Sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbsp Grated onion from 1/4 on an onion
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 2 oz. jars diced pimentos, drained
To begin making Dale's Pimento Cheese Burger, in a small bowl, combine 1 tsp. Dale's Seasoning, cream cheese, mayo, onion and mustard.
Then, gently fold in the cheddar cheese and pimentos
Next, cover and refrigerate until ready to use. (Can be made 48 hours in advance).
Mix burger ingredients together in a large bowl.
Then, form into patties and place on grill until done.
Baste with dale's while cooking.
Finally, Toast buns if desired and top with lettuce, tomatoes, pimento cheese spread and bacon.
