1 lb Unsalted butter
0.50 cup Dale's Seasoning or Dale's Reduced Sodium Blend
Juice of one orange
1 small tomato, diced
3 of Amberjack
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
1 pineapple, cored and cut into slices
1 To begin making Dale's Mesquite Grilled Amberjack first , mix together melted butter, dale’s Seasoning, orange juice and pineapple slices.
2 Then, baste amberjack with mixture and place on grill.
3 Next, continue to cook 4-6 minutes on each side until flaky.
4 Then, place pineapple on grill, and cook 1 minute.
5 Finally, serve topped with diced tomatoes and cilantro.
