Dale’s Swiss Mushroom Burger

Yields1 Serving
 1 lb Ground Round
 2 tbsp Dale's Seasoning
 4 potato rolls (or soft, golden rolls, such as brioche, or Hawaiian Savory Butter rolls), toasted
 lettuce (iceberg, romaine or green leaf)
 1 stick butter
 1 8oz. package whole white mushrooms
 2 garlic cloves, minced
 ¼ cup Dale's Seasoning
 black pepper, as needed
 4 slices Swiss Cheese

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat; add the mushrooms and Dale's. Stir until the mushrooms have softened and released their liquid, about 15 minutes.

Stir in the garlic. Continue to cook mushrooms until the liquid has evaporated, about 4 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, blend the ground round and 2 tbsp Dale's Seasoning.

Form into patties and cook on grill until desired doneness (135 degrees for medium rare, 145 degrees for medium, 155 degrees for medium well, or 165 degrees for well done), basting with Dale's while cooking.

Toast buns, add cooked burgers and top with mushrooms and Swiss cheese.
