Dale’s Stir Fry Vegetables

You Need:
1 clove of garlic, minced

1 large onion, chopped

1 medium green pepper, cut into 1” strips

1 sweet red pepper, cut into 1 “ strips

1 cup of mushrooms, quartered

1 8-oz. can of sliced water chestnuts, drained

1 ½ tsp of cornstarch

1 tsp of sugar

¼ cup of hot water

2 tbsp of Dale’s seasoning

2 tbsp of wine

Combine water, Dale’s and wine, set half of this mixture aside. Combine remaining half of mixture with cornstarch and sugar. Stir well, and set aside. Coat wok or skillet well with vegetable spray. Allow to heat at medium-high setting (325 degrees) for one minute. Add pepper, onions and garlic. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Add dale’s, water and wine mixture, and stir fry for an additional 2 minutes. Add mushrooms and water chestnuts, and stir fry for 2 more minutes. Add cornstarch mixture, reduced heat and simmer for 2/3 minutes or until slightly thickened.
