Broiled Snapper

Ingredients

6 snapper fillets, 1 inch thick

1/4 cup dale's Seasoning

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 cup wine

optional: pecans or pistachios

Directions

Place fish in baking dish. Blend first 3 ingredients well and pour over fish. Marinate for approximately 1/2 hour.

Place in broiler and cook until fish flakes when tested with a fork.

Top with chopped pecans or pistachios.
