Dale’s Steak Fajitas

 1 tbsp Dale's seasoning
 2 tsp Ground cumin
 0.25 tsp Salt
 2 tsp Chili powder
 0.13 tsp Garlic powder
 0.75 lb Lean flank steak
 0.13 tsp Black pepper
 4 (8-inch) Flour tortillas
 0.13 tsp Ground red pepper
 1 tsp Vegetable oil
 0.33 cup Green bell pepper strips
 0.25 cup Nonfat sour cream
 0.33 cup Red bell pepper strips
 2 Sliced onion
 0.33 cup Yellow bell pepper strips
 1 tbsp Lime juice

To being making Dale's Steak Fajitas, trim fat from steak.

Then, slice steak diagonally across grain into thin strips.

Combine steak and next 7 ingredients (steak through ground red pepper) in a zip-lock plastic bag; seal bag, and shake well to coat.

Heat the tortillas according to package directions.

Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

Next, add steak, onion, and bell peppers; sauté 6 minutes or until steak is done.

Remove from heat; stir in lime juice.

Then, divide mixture evenly among warm tortillas, and roll up.

Serve with sour cream.

Finally, garnish with green salsa and cilantro sprigs, if desired.
