Dale’s Stir Fry Vegetables

1 Clove of garlic, minced

1 Large onion, chopped

1 Medium Green pepper, cut into 1" strips

1 Sweet red pepper, cut into 1 “ strips

1 cup Mushrooms, quartered

1 8 oz. Can of sliced water chestnuts, drained

1 1/2 tsp Cornstarch

1 tsp Sugar

1/4 cup Hot water

2 tbsp Dale's seasoning

2 tbsp Wine


1Combine water, Dale’s and wine, set half of this mixture aside.

2Combine remaining half of mixture with cornstarch and sugar.

3Stir well, and set aside.

4Coat wok or skillet well with vegetable spray.

5Allow to heat at medium-high setting (325 degrees) for one minute.

6Add pepper, onions and garlic.

7Stir fry for 2 minutes.

8Add dale’s, water and wine mixture, and stir fry for an additional 2 minutes.

9Add mushrooms and water chestnuts, and stir fry for 2 more minutes.

10Add cornstarch mixture, reduced heat and simmer for 2/3 minutes or until slightly thickened.
