Dale’s Steak Bites
¼ cup Dale’s Seasoning
1 ¼ lb. boneless beef tenderloin or sirloin steak cut into 1 –inch cubes
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
In a medium bowl, combine Dale’s and beef, turning until well coated. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Remove beef from refrigerator, discard marinade. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Brown beef on all sides for 4-6 minutes, or until cooked to desired doneness. Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm.
