Dale's Pimento Cheese Burger

Burger Recipe
 1 lb Ground Round
 2 tbsp Dale's Seasoning
 4 potato rolls (or soft, golden rolls, such as brioche, or Hawaiian Savory Butter rolls), toasted
 lettuce (iceberg, romaine or green leaf)
 4 pieces thick-sliced bacon, cooked
Pimento Cheese Spread
 1 tsp Dale's Seasoning
 ¼ cup cream cheese, room temperature
  cup mayonnaise (can add additional mayo as needed if you like a "looser" mixture)
 2 cups Sharp cheddar cheese, grated
 2 tbsp Grated onion from 1/4 on an onion
 1 tsp Dijon mustard
 2 2 oz. jars diced pimentos, drained

In a small bowl, combine 1 tsp. Dale's Seasoning, cream cheese, mayo, onion and mustard. Mix well to combine.

Gently fold in the cheddar cheese and pimentos until incorporated.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to use (can be made 48 hours in advance).

Mix burger ingredients together in a large bowl.

Form into patties and place on grill until cooked through, basting with Dale's while cooking (internal temperature should read 160 degrees).

Toast buns (if desired) and top with lettuce, tomatoes, pimento cheese spread and bacon.
