To begin making Dale's Cast-Iron Pork Chops, pour Dale’s Seasoning over both sides of pork chops (pierce the pork chops before doing so to absorb sauce better).
Pour the Italian dressing over both sides of pork.
For best results let pork marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Heat cast iron skillet over medium-high until it just begins to smoke.
Reduce heat to medium. Pat pork chops dry and in the pan one at a time. Be sure to leave room between them. Cook until a golden brown on one side.
Flip each pork chop, cooking the other side to golden brown. Repeat this process for 8-10 minutes or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 135 degrees. (This will depend on thickness of pork chops.)
Remove from the pan and let pork chops rest for at least 5 minutes. Pork chops should reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees while sitting.
