To begin making Dale's Green Beans, add chopped bacon to a large, deep skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic cloves once the bacon grease begins to form, about 6 minutes.
Saute bacon until until browned but not too crispy, stirring occasionally, about 8 minutes.
Using a slotted spoon, remove bacon and onions and place in bowl.
Also remove garlic clove and all but 1 tablespoon bacon grease from skillet and discard.
Add green beans to skillet and turn up heat slightly.
Add dale's Seasoning and 2 tablespoons water; saute until tender but crisp, about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in bacon and onion mixture. Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and enjoy your Dale's Green Beans!
