Pimento Cheese Burger

Burger Recipe
1 lb Ground Round
2 tbsp Dale's Seasoning
4 potato rolls (or soft, golden rolls, such as brioche, or Hawaiian Savory Butter rolls), toasted
lettuce (iceberg, romaine or green leaf)
4 pieces thick-sliced bacon, cooked
Pimento Cheese Spread
1 tsp Dale's Seasoning
¼ cup cream cheese, room temperature
⅓ cup mayonnaise (can add additional mayo as needed if you like a "looser" mixture)
2 cups Sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbsp Grated onion from 1/4 on an onion
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 2 oz. jars diced pimentos, drained
1 In a small bowl, combine 1 tsp. Dale's Seasoning, cream cheese, mayo, onion and mustard. Mix well to combine.
2 Gently fold in the cheddar cheese and pimentos until incorporated.
3 Cover and refrigerate until ready to use (can be made 48 hours in advance).
4 Mix burger ingredients together in a large bowl.
5 Form into patties and place on grill until cooked through, basting with Dale's while cooking (internal temperature should read 160 degrees).
6 Toast buns (if desired) and top with lettuce, tomatoes, pimento cheese spread and bacon.
